ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
SPECIAL MEETING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at the Glenville Municipal Center, 18 Glenridge Road, Glenville, NY 12302-4518 on Monday, September 14, 2015 at 6 p.m. to hear all persons interested in the following applications as provided for by the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Glenville.
Bhavik Jariwala, Oakwood Hospitality - 2 & 4 Freemans Bridge Road -
3 Additional Area Variances associated with three parcels of property to be reconfigured and developed as a hotel, restaurant, banquet facility with office space, and a marina building with retail sales. Associated parking and utilities are also part of this plan. The property is owned by Pat Popolizio, 1101 Rugby Rd., Schenectady, NY 12308. The properties are proposed to be reconfigured into three new non-conforming lots which require variances. They are currently identified on tax maps 30.19-1-22, 30.19-1-23 & 30.00-1-33 and are Zoned River.

The ZBA will also continue the public hearing regarding the 20 area variance requests from their August 24, 2015 meeting. In addition several of the previously considered variances have been modified.
