ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS


        PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at the Glenville Municipal Center, 18 Glenridge Road, Glenville, NY 12302-4518 on Monday, April, 27, 2015 at 7 p.m. to hear all persons interested in the following applications as provided for by the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Glenville.

        Application of Alicia & Richard Duszak, 353 Closson Road, Glenville, NY 12302 for an Area Variance that will allow for the placement of a new 12' x 20' storage shed to be placed in the front yard.  The property is located in the Rural Residential/Agricultural Zoning District and is identified on tax map 14.63-1-29.
        270-9(c) - No permitted accessory structured shall be located in the front yard.  Sheds are an accessory structure, therefore the applicant seeks total relief.


        Application of Jason Kennedy, 1645 Johnson Road, Glenville, NY  12302 for an Area Variance that will allow for the construction of a new deck on the front of the dwelling.  The property is located in the Rural Residential/Agricultural Zoning District and is identified on tax map 7.-1-15.2.
        270-9(c) - No permitted accessory structured shall be located in the front yard.  Decks are an accessory structure, therefore, the applicant seeks total relief.
