PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at the Glenville Municipal Center, 18 Glenridge Road, Glenville, NY 12302-4518 on Monday, March 23, 2015 at 7 p.m. to hear all persons interested in the following applications as provided for by the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Glenville.
Application of Mohawk Honda for a Conditional Use Permit that will allow for the establishment and construction of a new 22.930 s/f automotive collision center and new vehicle storage facility at 25 Saratoga Road. Said property is located in the General Business Zoning District and is identified on tax map 30.6-1-11.1 & 30.6-1-11.2.
In accordance with the Codes of the Town of Glenville 270-19-D, Automobile repair shops are permitted by Conditional Use Permit.
