        The Town of Glenville Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at the Glenville Municipal Center, 18 Glenridge Road, Glenville, NY 12302-4518 to hear all persons interested in the following applications.

        Application of John Korkosz, 71 Baldwin Road, Glenville, NY 12302 for an Area Variance that will allow for the construction of a new 24' x 24' (576 s/f) detached garage in the front yard, 78' from the front lot line.  The property is located in the Suburban Residential Zoning District and is identified on tax map 21.4-2-21.21.
        In accordance with the Codes of the Town of Glenville 270-9, C: No permitted accessory building shall be located in any front yard.  The applicant is seeking total relief from the ordinance.

        Application of Robert Burchett, 96 Swaggertown Road, Glenville, NY  12302 for an Area Variance that will allow for the construction of a 32' x 32' (1,024 s/f) detached garage.  The property is located in the Suburban Residential Zoning District and is identified on tax map 30.5-2-5.111.
        In accordance with the Codes of the Town of Glenville 270-9, G (2): The maximum size of an accessory structure in the SR Zoning District is 576 s/f.  The applicant is seeking a variance of 448 s/f.


        Application of Pride Signs, LTD on behalf of Applebee's, 268 Saratoga Road, Glenville, NY 12302 for a Sign Variance that will allow for the applicant to have a total of 4 signs displaying the business name.  The property is located in the General Business and Town Center Overlay Districts and is identified on tax map 22.7-6-2.
        In accordance with the Codes of the Town of Glenville 270-68, A:  there shall be no more than 2 signs displaying the business name.  The applicant proposes 4 façade signs with the business name and is therefore requesting a variance of 2 signs.


Application of MFB Glenville, LLC on behalf of Pet Supply Plus for a Sign Variance that will allow for the applicant to have a total of 3 signs displaying the business name, 2 façade signs at 10 Glenridge Road and 1 on the monument sign at 202 Saratoga Road. The property is located in the General Business Zoning and Town Center Overlay Districts and is identified on tax map 22.11-4-15.121.
        In accordance with the Codes of the Town of Glenville 270-68, A: there shall be no more than 2 signs displaying the business name.  The applicant proposes 2 façade signs and one sign on the existing Target monument sign.  


Request from MFB Glenville LLC on behalf of Target for a modification of their sign variance granted on 3/28/11 for monument "Sign B" at 202 Saratoga Road.   The original approval allows 4 off-premise business signs.  The modification request is to increase the number of business advertising signs to 8.

        Application of Randy & Elizabeth Prock, 23 Sutherland Drive, Glenville, NY  12302 for an Area Variance that will allow for a 10' x 12' storage shed to remain in the front yard of Fair OaksTerr., approximately 7' from the front lot line at its closest point.    The property is located in the Suburban Residential Zoning District and is identified on tax map 15.12-5-16.
        In accordance with the Codes of the Town of Glenville 270-9, C: No permitted accessory building shall be located in any front yard.  The applicant is seeking total relief from the ordinance.

        Application of Randy & Elizabeth Prock, 23 Sutherland Drive, Glenville, NY  12302 for an Area Variance that will allow for a 5' 7" stockade fence to remain in the front yard of Fair Oaks Terr., approximately 7' from the front lot line at its closest point.   The property is located in the Suburban Residential Zoning District and is identified on tax map 15.12-5-16.  
        In accordance with the Codes of the Town of Glenville 270-52, B, 2: Fences on residential properties will not exceed four feet in height in the front yard, including along side lot lines to the front of the front plan of the dwelling.  The applicant is seeking a variance of 1' 7" for the height of the fence.
