ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at the Glenville Municipal Center, 18 Glenridge Road, Glenville, NY 12302-4518 on Monday, December 19, 2011 at 7 p.m. to hear all persons interested in the following applications as provided for by the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Glenville.
Application of Brandon and Misty Guthinger, 1900 North Road, West Glenville, NY 12010 for an Area Variance that will allow for a recently constructed 24’ x 28’ detached garage to remain 3’ 5” at its closest point from the northern side lot line. Said property is located in a Rural Residential/Agricultural Zoning District and is identified on tax map 3.4-1-2.
In accordance with the Codes of the Town of Glenville 270-9 (F)(2). All accessory structures (in the RRA District) 280 s/f up to 1,200 s/f in size must be located a minimum of 10 feet from side and rear property lines. Therefore the applicants are requesting a variance of
6’ 7”.
