Preliminary and Final

Wolf Hollow Brewing is proposing to build a 60’ x 20’ outdoor enclosed patio to the rear (off the northeast corner) of the existing brewery building.  They are also proposing to reconfigure the internal access road and gravel parking lot to the rear.  Lastly, they are requesting rescission of the previous condition of site plan approval that prohibited the outdoor consumption of alcohol on site.

The applicant is looking to convert the former doctor’s office into a day care center.  As proposed, the facility would be on a private well and septic system.  The property is located on the southwest corner of Route 50 and Horstman Drive, and is zoned Professional/Residential.

Continued discussion of a proposed 1,900 sq. ft. sit-down restaurant on the site of the former Poor John’s Restaurant/Tavern on the southeast corner of Route 50 and Hetcheltown Road, resulting from Schenectady County Engineering’s requirement that the proposed new driveway on Hetcheltown Road be located at least 100 feet from the Route 50/Hetcheltown Road intersection.   


  • Edward Rovetto Design Group for Pizza Works                     Conceptual site plan review

The property owner is interested in razing the existing Pizza Works building (former Dairy Queen) and constructing a new 19,000+ sq. ft. multi-use building.  The owner would combine his current Pizza Works property with the two vacant properties that he also owns adjacent to Pizza Works on the south in order to allow for the new two-story building, with retail/restaurant on the 1st floor and apartments on the 2nd floor.
