West Glenville Road and Green Corners Road (Preliminary)
This proposal calls for the subdivision and reconfiguration of two lots into three lots. This subdivision is being proposed in order to partition off a carriage house from the primary residence at 391 Green Corners Road. The properties are primarily zoned “Rural Residential and Agricultural,” with a New York State Freshwater Wetland on the property being zoned “Land Conservation.”
3. Jason Berggren for Current Electrical Systems, Inc. Site Plan Review
NYS Route 5 and Washout Road (Preliminary)
The applicant is proposing to establish an electrical contractor office, warehouse and yard for the
storage of equipment and materials on a vacant 4.6-acre parcel on the northeast corner of
Amsterdam Road and Washout Road. The property is zoned “Highway Commercial.”
