Absent: Councilman Robert E. Bailey
RESOLUTION NO. 119-2005
Moved by: Councilman Denney
Seconded by: Councilman Quinn
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Glenville hereby adjourns into Executive Session in order to discuss potential liability in the Highway Department.
Ayes: Councilmen Russo, Denney, Quinn and Supervisor Mosher
Noes: None
Absent: Councilman Bailey
Abstention: None
Motion Carried
Supervisor Mosher adjourned this portion of the regular meeting at 7:35 p.m. and moved into Executive Session.
The time being 8:00 p.m. Supervisor Mosher reconvened the regular meeting.
Motion to adjourn was moved by Councilman Denney and Seconded by Councilman Quinn.
The Town of Glenville Town Board Meeting was adjourned at 8:00 PM.
