RESOLUTION NO. 94-2005
Moved by: Councilman Bailey
Seconded by: Councilman Quinn
WHEREAS, it is the Town Board’s intention to increase by approximately 2.5% Andimo Coppola’s, Highway Superintendent salary for 2005,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Glenville hereby adjusts the 2005 annual salary for Andimo Coppola, Highway Superintendent to $65,857; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said increase be retroactive to January 1, 2005.

RESOLUTION NO. 95-2005

Seconded by: Councilman Quinn
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Glenville hereby adjourns into Executive Session in order to discuss the PBA, CSEA, Highway Contracts and the part-time Dog Control Officer position.
Ayes: Councilmen Russo, Denney, Quinn, Bailey and Supervisor Mosher
Noes: None
Absent: None
Abstention: None
Motion Carried
Supervisor Mosher adjourned this portion of the regular meeting at 8:55 p.m. and moved into Executive Session.
The time being 9:45 p.m. Supervisor Mosher reconvened the special meeting.
Motion to adjourn was moved by Councilman Russo and Seconded by Councilman Quinn.
The Town of Glenville Town Board Meeting was adjourned at 9:46 PM.
