RESOLUTION NO. 46a-2005
Moved by: Councilman Denney
Seconded by: Councilman Russo
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Supervisor is authorized to sign the attached Fire Protection District #4 contract, after execution of the contract by the Village, in substantially the same form as presented at this meeting.
Ayes: Councilmen Russo, Denney, Quinn, Bailey and Supervisor Mosher

Abstention: None
Motion Carried
Motion to adjourn was moved by Councilman Denney and Seconded by Councilman Quinn.
