Present: Supervisor Clarence W. Mosher, Councilmen Peter V. Russo, Mark A. Quinn, Robert E. Bailey and James W. Denney
Absent: None
Councilman Bailey called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
The following business was conducted:
RESOLUTION NO 258-2004
Moved by: Councilman Russo
Seconded by: Councilman Denney
WHEREAS, the 2005 Preliminary Budget of the Town of Glenville has heretofore been filed with the Town Clerk on October 20, 2004; and
WHEREAS, a duly public hearing was held on November 3, 2004, to hear all persons in favor of or against the Preliminary Budget as compiled or, for or against any item or items therein contained, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Preliminary Budget be and it hereby is adopted as the Final Budget of the Town of Glenville for the fiscal year commencing January 01, 2005, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said adopted budget shall be spread upon the minutes of this Town Board Meeting, in its entirety.

RESOLUTION NO. 259-2004

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Glenville hereby reinstates the proposed 2005 salary increase rate for all non-union represented employees to 3½%.

Noes: Councilmen Russo, Denney, Quinn and Bailey
Absent: None
Abstention: None

RESOLUTION NO. 260-2004

Seconded by: Councilman Denney
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Glenville will meet at the Glenville Municipal Center, 18 Glenridge Road, Glenville, New York on the earliest possible date and at such place will hear all persons interested in a proposal to provide fire protection services to Fire Protection District No. 4 of the Town of Glenville; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk be and he hereby is directed to prepare and publish the proper notice of such public hearing in accordance with law.
