9. Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an inter-municipal agreement with the Town of Rotterdam allowing the Glenville Police Department to share a telecommunications signal tower.
10. Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Stipulation and Agreement with the Glenville Police Benevolent Association (PBA).
11. Resolution adopting Local Law No.1 of 2016 amending Chapter 255, “Vehicle and Traffic” (speed limits on Maple Avenue).

Resolution scheduling a public hearing to be held on February 17, 2016 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter can be reached, at the Glenville Municipal Center at 18 Glenridge Road, Glenville, NY on a petition requesting an extension to Sewer District No. 9 consisting of two parcels located at 121 and 127 Maple Avenue in the Town of Glenville.
