13. Resolution amending the Tentative Budget and adopting it as the Preliminary Budget for 2011 and scheduling a public hearing on the 2011 Preliminary Budget for November 3, 2010 at 7:30 p.m.
14. Resolution scheduling a public hearing for Wednesday, November 3, 2010 to consider comments on the draft open space plan for the two Town-owned properties on Onderdonk Road, consisting of 48 acres, and donated to the Town by Jeffrey Christiana.

15. Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with Hamor Associates for energy consulting services.
16. Resolution issuing a “Negative Declaration,” pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), regarding the park master plan for the Town’s 33-acre property on the northeast corner of Van Buren Road and Swaggertown Road, formerly known as the Andersen property.
