7. Resolution authorizing the Town clerk to issue the required permit subject to all stipulation cited to the Burnt Hills Rowing Association for the annual Spartan Sweeps Regatta to be held on Sunday, October 3, 2010 from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
8. Resolution setting a public hearing for Wednesday, September 15th at 7:30 pm or shortly thereafter as possible to hear all interested parties regarding the unsafe property located at 145 Haigh Road in the Town of Glenville.
9. Resolution setting a pubic hearing for September 15th at 7:30 pm or shortly thereafter as possible to hear all interested parties regarding the unsafe property located at 37 Marion Blvd, in the Town of Glenville.
10. Resolution setting a public hearing for September 15th at 7:30 pm or shortly thereafter as possible to hear all interested parties regarding the unsafe property located at 1983 Amsterdam Road in the Town of Glenville.
11. Resolution authorizing the Supervisor Town of Glenville to enter into a license agreement with the County of Schenectady to conduct an Oktoberfest on the grounds of the Schenectady County-owned property, such authorization subject to final approval from the town’s legal counsel and insurance provider.
12. Resolution approving the Town Board minutes of the regular meeting held on August 18, 2010 and the Special meeting held on August 25, 2010.
