6 Public hearing at 7:30 PM or as soon thereafter as can be reached to consider the renewal of the Town’s franchise agreement with Time Warner Cable.

9 Resolution authorizing budgetary transfers.
10 Resolution authorizing budget amendments to include the grant monies received and expended, or scheduled to be expended.
11 Resolution adopting Local Law No. 7-2010, amending Chapter 88, entitled “animals” and Chapter 195, entitled “Parks and Recreation” of the Code of the Town of Glenville.
12 Resolution authorizing the Town Supervisor to execute the cable television franchise agreement between the town of Glenville and Time Warner Cable for a term of ten years, commencing January 1, 2011.
13 Resolution authorizing James MacFarland to submit the proper paperwork to Civil Service to create the positions of Director of Finance and the Director of Operations.
14 Resolution approving the Town Board minutes of the regular meeting held on November 17, 2010.
