15. Resolution approving the formation of the extension of Sewer District 9 to serve Baptist Health Nursing and Rehabilitation Community project located on Swaggertown Road to be known as Extension No. 9 to Sewer District 9.
16. Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to execute all necessary documentation for the 2010-2011 application for court funding under the NYS Justice Court Assistance Program.
