10. Resolution amending the Original Water Warrant for District 11 of June 1, 2010, including water rent receivables, special contracts and sewer.

Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with Regional Computer Recycling and Recovery, 7318 Victor-Mendon, Victor, NY 14605, to conduct a computer and electronic equipment recycling service for the Town of Glenville on October 16, 2010 at the Glenville Municipal Center, 18 Glenridge Road.
13. Resolution authorizing the Building Inspector to take necessary actions to ensure public safety regarding the unsafe property at 145 Haigh Road, Glenville, NY.

18. Resolution approving payment of $12,880 to Nicoll Construction, 898 Saratoga Road, Ballston Lake, NY for emergency repairs made to the septic system at Indian Meadows Park as a result of failure of the system.
