13. Resolution authorizing the bonding in an amount not to exceed $260,000 to purchase one 2010 Mack Granite with Henderson body and plow equipment on state contract.
14. Resolution authorizing the use of fund balance in an amount not to exceed $260,000 to purchase one 2010 Mack Granite with Henderson body and plow equipment on state contract.

15. Resolution authorizing the purchase of services from Cool Insurance Agency for general property casualty insurance and workers compensation at a cost not to exceed $327,798 which is provided for in the 2010 budget
16. Resolution amending the Tentative Budget and adopting it as the Preliminary Budget for 2010 and scheduling a public hearing on the 2010 Preliminary Budget for November 4, 2009 at 7:00 pm.
