5. Public Hearing at 7:30 pm or as soon thereafter as can be reached to consider a contract for the fire protection services for 2009 to be furnished to the fire protection district established in the Town of Glenville and known as “Fire Protection District No. 4”.
6. Public Hearing at 7:30 pm or as soon thereafter as can be reached to hear all persons interested in a proposed local law to amend Chapter 270, “Zoning”, Site Plan Review, of the Code of the Town of Glenville – add “Transfer of Non-Conforming Use: Effective January 1, 2008”.

11. Resolution authorizing fire protection services to be furnished by said Village of Scotia to the fire district established in the Town of Glenville known as “Fire Protection District No. 4”, for the sum of $339,000 for the period between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009.

Resolution authorizing the use of debt reserve fund balance from the Sewer 1 fund of $14,617 and $10,000 reduction to the 2009 tax debt service levy for Sewer District 1 and Sewer District 1 Extension 1 from the previously amended levy of $206,472 and the following appropriation/revenue changes for the 2009 budget to decrease the levy by $40,810 to $165,662.
13. Resolution to re-hire Recreation Attendant, John Meaney from 12/20/2008 – 03/31/2009 at the budgeted rate of $8.00/hr. with no benefits.
14. Resolution setting forth a time and date for our “Special Year-End” Business Meeting for December 29, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.
15. Resolution setting forth a time and date for our “Annual Organizational Meeting” which will be held on January 7, 2009 at 7:30 p.m.
16. Resolution adopting Local Law No. 5 of 2008, Chapter 270 “Zoning” of the Code of the Town of Glenville
