11. Resolution amending the Tentative Budget and adopting it as the Preliminary Budget for 2009 and scheduling a public hearing on the 2009 Preliminary Budget for November 5, 2008 at 7:30 pm.
12. Resolution authorizing the Supervisor of the Town of Glenville to enter into agreement with Environmental Design Partnership, 900 Route 146, Clifton Park, NY for the sum of $29,000 for services relating to the Maalwyck Park Improvement Project detailed in a proposal dated 6/11/08.
13. Resolution to schedule a public hearing for Wednesday, December 3, 2008, at 7:30 p.m., to hear all persons interested in the written Annual Plan for 2009 to be prepared establishing local policies for administration of the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program.
14. Resolution updating the Town of Glenville’s “Investment Policy”.
15. Resolution approving the Town Board Minutes of the regular meeting held on September 17, 2008.
