Resolution appointing Judy Davis, 1148 Spearhead Drive to the position of Deputy Town Clerk, part-time effective January 1, 2007 and terminating December 31, 2007 at the budgeted rate of $16.35/hour, with no other benefits to be charged to account 01.00.1410.1000.

Resolution authorizing the  Receiver of Taxes to hire temporary employees for the collection of 2007 taxes.

Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an  Agreement between the Town of Glenville and the County of Schenectady and to contribute the sum of $100 to support the Indian Kill Open House and Fishing Day in May 2007 (02.00.7110.4400).

Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an  Agreement between the Town of Glenville and the Village of Scotia Freedom Park for their Wednesday night concerts, June through August and to contribute the sum of $2,250 for the support of the Summer Concert Series (01.00.7550.4000).

Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an  Agreement between the Town of Glenville and Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Albany and to contribute the sum of $5,000 for the provision of nutrition program for the citizens over the age of 50 at the Glenville Senior Center (01.00.8045.4635).

Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into  an Agreement between the Town of Glenville and the Burnt Hills Summer Recreation Commission for the Summer Recreation Program and to contribute the sum of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500) to the program (01.00.7310.4488).

Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement between the Town of Glenville and the Village of Scotia Summer Recreation Commission  for a Summer Recreation Program and to contribute the sum of Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($13,500) to the program (02.00.7310.4600).

Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement between the Town of Glenville and the Center for Community Justice to provide services to both the court and to individuals involved with the court and to contribute the sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500) for such services (02.00.7310.4000).

Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an  Agreement between the Town of Glenville and the Scotia-Glenville Middle School TEEN TOWN and to contribute the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) in support of Teen Town (02.00.7310.4000).

Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an  Agreement between the Town of Glenville and the Community Human Services, Inc. to provide an Emergency Youth Shelter and Counseling Services and to contribute the sum of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000) for services (01.00.7320.4000).

Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an  Agreement between the Town of Glenville and the Scotia-Glenville Senior Citizens Recreation and Related Concerns, Inc. for use and to contribute the sum of Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500) for services (01.00.7620.4500).

Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement between the Town of Glenville and the Chamber of Commerce of Schenectady County to provide staff support for the purposes of providing increased tourism, economic development promotion and marketing in the amount of $407.00 (01.00.6989.4000).

Resolution approving an agreement in which the Town contributes the sum of $3,000 to the City of Schenectady for the staffing services provided for the Schenectady/Glenville Empire Zone Program for the year 200 7 (01.00.6989.4000).

Resolution approving an agreement in which the Town contributes the sum of $3,000 to Community Human Services for the purpose of providing an after school program called Schools Out (02.00.7310.4000).

Resolution authorizing the  Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with the Scotia-Glenville Childrens Museum and to contribute the sum of$3,500 for the support of their program (02.00.7310.4000).

Resolution authorizing the  Supervisor of the Town of Glenville to retain Susan M. Lombardi on behalf of Community Development Resources, LLC for Grant Writing Services and agrees to pay the sum of $31,800 which will be entirely recouped from grants secured in 2007 commencing January 1, 2007 and terminating December 31, 2007.

Resolution approving the proposed amendments to the Town of Glenvilles Employee Personnel Manual, Section 11-K Vehicle Usage Policy.

Resolution authorizing fire protection services to be furnished by said Village of Scotia to the fire district established in the Town of Glenville known as Fire Protection District No. 4 , for the sum of $316,470 for the period between January 1, 2007 and December 31, 2007

Resolution awarding the contract to Weather Guard Roofing, 2880 Curry Road, Schenectady, N.Y. for the furnish of all materials, labor and equipment to deliver, place and install the replacement roof on the Town Highway Garage in a sum not to exceed $35,700 plus $6.00 per sq. ft. for steel pans, to be taken from the 2006 Renovation budget line 01.00.5132.4109.

47.     Resolution authorizing the transfer of surplus through the general fund to two (2) 2007 budget line items 02.00.3120.1000 in the amount of $12,000 for personal services and 02.00.3120.1003  in the amount of $12,000 for police overtime to be used to provide courtroom security.

48.     Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with the Village of Scotia for use of the Towns salt shed.

49.     Resolution authorizing the inter fund borrowing from the Sewer 1 fund up to $86,084 for the capital projects close out until the tax billing or subsequent capital funding can be issued to replace the due to and due from borrowing and authorizing an $86,084 reduction to the 2007 tax levy for Sewer District 1.
