Resolution authorizing the Chief of Police to promote a member of the Glenville Police Department to the position of police sergeant effective February 26, 2007 with the compensation and benefits set forth in the current P.B.A. Contract.
Resolution authorizing the Chief of Police to promote two members of the Glenville Police Department to the positions of detective effective February 26, 2007 with the compensation and benefits set forth in the current P.B.A. Contract.
Resolution authorizing the Chief of Police to hire two candidates for the positions of Police Officer.

Public hearing at 7:30 pm or as soon thereafter as can be reached on the proposed local law to amend Chapter 101, “Building Construction and Fire Prevention” of the Code of the Town of Glenville.

11. Resolution issuing a “Negative Declaration” pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act for a zoning text amendment that would add “Not-for-profit recreation facility” as a use permitted by site plan review within the Suburban Residential zoning district.
12. Resolution adopting Local Law No. 1 of 2007 amending Chapter 270, “Zoning” of the Code of the Town of Glenville.
13. Resolution issuing a “Negative Declaration” pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act for amendments to the Freemans Bridge Road Master Plan.
14. Resolution approving amendments to the Freemans Bridge Road Master Plan.

15. Resolution to schedule a public hearing for Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at 7:30 pm to consider a zoning map amendment application by Robert Mortensen for a 2.8-acre parcel on Amsterdam Road to change the property from Professional/Residential to Multi-Family so as to allow the construction of two apartment buildings consisting of 16 one and two-bedroom units.
16. Resolution accepting the proposal of NYSTEC, 100 State St, Albany, NY at a cost not to exceed $21,600 to providing consultant services for the replacement and/or upgrading of the police and fire communication console and equipment.
17. Resolution approving the Monthly Departmental Reports of January 2007.
18. Resolution approving the Town Board Minutes of January 31, 2007 and February 7, 2007.
