5.      Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be reached to hear all persons interested in the proposed local law to amend Chapter 270, “Zoning” Article VII Intermunicipal Watershed Rules and Regulations of the Code of the Town of Glenville.

6.      Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be reached for the proposed extension to Sewer District No. 9, Glenview Gardens.

7.      Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be reached for the establishment of the proposed Drainage District for Glenview Gardens.

8.      Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be reached to consider a zoning map amendment application by John and Patricia Pardi to change the zoning of 3441 Amsterdam Road from “Professional/Residential” to “Community Business”.

9.      Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be reached to hear all persons interested in commenting on the proposed Extension No. 1 to Alplaus Sewer District No. 1.

13.     Resolution approving the formation of Extension 1 to Alplaus Sewer District No. 1.
14.     Resolution authorizing the improvement of facilities for the existing Alplaus Sewer District No. l.

15.     Resolution authorizing the Commissioner of Public Works to declare equipment surplus and to sell for market value or best price.


16.     Resolution declaring the Glenville Town Board as SEQRA Lead Agency for preparation of a master plan for redevelopment of the Scotia-Glenville Industrial Park area.

17.     Resolution issuing a SEQRA “Positive Declaration” for preparation of a master plan for redevelopment of the Scotia-Glenville Industrial Park area, noting that this action could result in a significant adverse environmental impact, and consequently, that a Draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared.

18.     Resolution urging the New York State Legislature to pass legislation that increases the penalties for violations of regulations pertaining to the contamination of public water supplies.

19.     Resolution reappointing Joan Szablewski as a part-time inventory clerk in order to maintain the destruction of obsolete records and index and file department records, files, reports and other miscellaneous material at the budgeted hourly rate of $10.50 per hour, not to exceed seventy-five (75) hours, with no benefits, to be taken from account 01.00.1410.1000.

20.     Resolution appointing Steven Kingsley, 2814 Washout Road, Glenville to the Park Planning Commission effective 4/4/07 – 12/31/07.
