6.      Public Hearing at 8:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be reached, to consider any objections, which may be made to the Assessment Roll for Water District No. 11 and Extensions No. 1 through 33.

12.     Resolution authorizing the Planning Department to order 10,000 new Town of Glenville maps from JIMAPCO, at a cost of $4,725, a budgeted item – 02.00.1445.4500 ($4,459) and 02.00.1445.4622 ($266).

13.     Resolution authorizing the Supervisor of the Town of Glenville to sign a contract providing for legal consultant services between the Town of Glenville and Gary S. Bowitch, Esq., 744 Broadway, Albany, NY to assist with the town’s Brownfield Opportunity (BOA) Grant Project relative to the Glenville Industrial Park.

14.     Resolution amending the Tentative Budget and adopting it as the Preliminary Budget for 2007 and setting and time and date for a public hearing on the Preliminary Budget for 2007.

15.     Resolution authorizing the Commissioner of Public Works to advertise for bids for the roof repair on the Glenville Highway Garage.

16.     Resolution for observance of “SAFE TUESDAY HALLOWEEN”.

17.     Resolution approving the Monthly Departmental Reports of September 2006.

18.     Resolution approving the Town Board Minutes of October 4, 2006.
