7. Resolution authorizing the Town Clerk to issue the required permit for the Empire State Aerosciences Museum “Wings, Wheels and Tracks Military Vehicle Show” on May 20, 2006 from 9:00 am-5:00 pm and May 21, 2006 from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm.
8. Resolution authorizing Schenectady County Environmental Advisory Council to conduct its Indian Kill Open House Fishing Day, May 13, 2006.
9. Resolution authorizing the purchase of twelve (12) personal computers for $10,922.40 and a PowerVault 110T backup device and Veritas software for $5,320.15 from Dell with appropriations for these payments to be taken from budget line item 01.00.1680.2000.
10. Resolution approving the bid from Albany Truck Sales, 90 Harts Lane, Albany, NY 12204 for one new 2006 Tandem Diesel Powered Cab & Chassis with Dump Body, Snow Plow and Wing equipment at a cost not to exceed $144,000.
11. Resolution approving an appointment to the vacant position of Town Justice, effective May 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006 at the proscribed pay rate of $16,503 per annum.
12. Resolution approving the Town Board Minutes of April 19, 2006.
