8. Resolution appointing Acting Deputy Chief Richard E. Conley to the position of Police Lieutenant with the Glenville Police Department on a provisional basis, effective August 21, 2006 at the pay rate of $72,000 per annum.
9. Resolution appointing Ms. Judy Davis, 1148 Spearhead Drive, Glenville to the position of Deputy Town Clerk, part-time, effective September 5, 2006 at the pay rate of $16.35/hour with no other benefits, to be charged to account number 01.00.1410.1000.
