5.      Presentation:  Fire Chief Kasko and Trustee Kastberg to present the quarterly report to the Town Board regarding Fire Protection District #4 and provide an opportunity for questions and dialogue.

6.      Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be reached, to consider any objections, which may be made to the Assessment Roll for Water District No. 11 and Extensions No. 1 through 31.

7.      Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be reached, to consider any objections, which may be made to the Assessment Roll for Water District No. 8, Extension No. 2.

8.      Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be reached to consider any objections, which may be made to the Assessment Roll for Sewer District No. 4, Acorn Drive Sewer District & Sewer District No. 6 Woodhaven Waste Treatment Plant.

9.      Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be reached, to consider any objections, which may be made to the Assessment Roll for Sewer District No. 9.

12.     Resolution approving the formation of Extension 1 to Alplaus Sewer District No. 1.

13.     Resolution authorizing the improvement of facilities for the existing Alplaus Sewer District No. 1.

14.     Resolution adopting Local Law #3 of 2005 establishing a moratorium on the submission of any new residential subdivision applications involving lands presently zoned “Rural Residential and Agricultural”.

15.     Resolution authorizing the purchase of the initial design and printing costs for the “Schenectady County Blueway Trail” map and brochure in the amount not to exceed $2,000 and will be reimbursed for said expenses as per the terms of the grant agreement.

16.     Resolution for observance of “SAFE MONDAY HALLOWEEN”.

17.     Resolution approving the Monthly Departmental Reports of September 2005.

        Discuss - Local Law No. 1-2000 – Seasonal Parking Restrictions on all Town Roads.
