Followed by resolutions read by the Councilmen:

1.      Resolution ratifying the positions of Commissioner of Public Works, Building Inspector and Deputy Building Inspector.

2.      Resolution to set dates and time of Town Board Meetings and various Boards and Commissions and Committees.

3.      Resolution designating banks as the Official Depositories for all Town Funds.

4.      Resolution designating Official Newspaper for the Town of Glenville.

5.      Resolution authorizing the Highway Superintendent to employ certain employees in the Highway Department.

6.      Resolution authorizing the Highway Superintendent to purchase equipment, tools and implements not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).

7.      Resolution authorizing the Commissioner of Public Works to employ certain employees in the Water and Sewer Department.

8.      Resolution appointing certain individuals to their respective offices or employment positions.

9.      Resolution appointing part-time employees one (1) year and establishing salaries.

10.     Resolution to set mileage reimbursement for employees who drive their own automobiles.

22.     Resolution setting the compensation for those serving as Election Inspectors and Poll Clerks for the election year 2005.

23.     Resolution designating the  election polling places within the Town of Glenville for the year 2005.

24.     Resolution ratifying the Town of Glenville Procurement Policy.

25.     Resolution regarding taxes to be Levied upon Real Property in the Town of Glenville as the Towns contribution to the taxes of the County of Schenectady for the fiscal year beginning January 01, 2005.

26.     Resolution establishing salaries for those employees who are not members of a recognized bargaining unit.

27.     Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an  Agreement between the Town of Glenville and the County of Schenectady and to contribute the sum of $100 to support the Indian Kill Open House and Fishing Day in May 2005.

28.     Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an  Agreement between the Town of Glenville and the Village of Scotia Freedom Park for their Wednesday night concerts, June through August and to contribute the sum of $2,250 for the support of the Summer Concert Series.

29.     Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an  Agreement between the Town of Glenville and Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Albany and to  contribute the sum of $5,000 for the provision of nutrition program for the elderly at the Glenville Senior Center.

30.     Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement between the Town of Glenville and the Burnt Hills Summer Recreation Commission for the Summer Recreation Program and to contribute the sum of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500) to the program.

31.     Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an  Agreement between the Town of Glenville and the Village of Scotia Summer Recreation Commission  for a Summer Recreation Program and to contribute the sum of Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($13,500) to the program.

32.     Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an  Agreement between the Town of Glenville and the Center for Law, Order and Justice to provide services to both the court and to individuals involved with the court and to contribute the sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars  ($3,500) for such services.

33.     Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement between the Town of Glenville and the Scotia-Glenville Middle School TEEN TOWN and to contribute the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) in support of Teen Town.

34.     Resolution authorizing the Supervisor  to enter into an Agreement between the Town of Glenville and the Community Human Services, Inc. to provide an Emergency Youth Shelter and Counseling Services and to contribute the sum of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000) for services.

35.     Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement between the Town of Glenville and the Senior Center for use and to contribute the sum of Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000) for services.

36.     Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement between the Town of Glenville and the Chamber of Commerce of Schenectady County to provide staff support for the purposes of providing increased tourism, economic development promotion and marketing in the amount of $395.00 (01.00.6989.4000).

37.     Resolution approving an agreement in which the Town contributes the sum of $3,000 to the City of Schenectady for the staffing services provided for the Schenectady/Glenville Empire Zone Program for the year 2005.

38.     Resolution approving an agreement in which the Town contributes the sum of $6,000 to the Parkside YMCA for the purpose of providing a full year after school program for the greater Glenville area.

39.     Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with the Scotia-Glenville Childrens Museum and to contribute the sum of$3,500 for the support of their program.

40.     Resolution to authorize the Supervisor to enter into a Service Agreement for moving of voting machines with R. Q. Moving for 2005.

41.     Resolution authorizing the Supervisor of the Town of Glenville to enter into an employment agreement with Susan M. Lombardi on behalf of Community Development Resources, LLC for Grant Writing Services commencing January 1, 2005 and terminating December 31, 2005.

42.     Resolution authorizing the Receiver of Taxes & Assessment to hire temporary employees for the collection of 2005.

43.     Resolution designating Clarence W. Mosher as Glenvilles representative and James W. Denney as Glenvilles alternate to the Schenectady County Cable Consortium Council for the period of January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2005.

44.     Resolution authorizing the transfer of funds in the following budget lines; Expense 15.00.3410.4000 by $16,863 Fire Protection District #4 Contract and Revenue 35.07.2401.0000 by $2,000 Drainage District #7  income.

45.     Resolution reappointing Jonathan Pearson, IV, 17 Via Marie, Glenville to the Glenville Housing Authority.

46.     Resolution appointing members to serve on the Sewer and Water Service Committee for the year 2005.
