Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be reached on the rezoning application by Concord Development Company, LLC to rezone three parcels totaling 9.1 acres on Maple Avenue from Suburban Residential to Multi-Family Residential to allow for the construction of 52 townhouses.

Resolution accepting the bid of Cool Insuring and awarding the General Property & Casualty Insurance Coverage for the period 1/1/05 – 12/31/05.
Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with C.L. Marvin and Company, P.C., to provide the audit of the Town’s General Purpose Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2004.
Resolution to schedule a public hearing for February 2, 2005 to prepare and adopt a written Annual Report that established local policies for administration of the Section 8 Housing Assistance Payment Program.
Resolution authorizing the Chief of Police to hire _________________, ______________________ to the position of Police Officer in the Glenville Police Department with an effective date of _____________, 200_.
Resolution to schedule a public hearing for January 19, 2005 to hear all persons interested in commenting on the proposed local law to protect the public potable water supply from possible contamination by isolating pollutants which could backflow into the public water supply.
Resolution authorizing the creation of the position of Maintenance Helper in the Public Works Department, Water and Sewer Division, effective 1/1/05 and compensation for such position shall be in accordance with the Town of Glenville/CSEA Agreement 2003-2005.
Resolution authorizing the Commissioner of Public Works to accept the proposal from Invironmentalists for removal, recycle, disposal of existing carpets and then furnishing and installing Mannington Urban Design Carpet tiles in the Town Hall Office and common area and Police Department Office area in a sum not to exceed $20,000.
Resolution to re-hire two recreation attendants from 12/15/04 – 03/31/05 at the budgeted rate of $8.00/hr. with no benefits.
Resolution authorizing the transfer of funds in the following budget lines; expense – 01.00.7110.42 by $4,500 and revenue – 01.00.7620.4000 by $4,500.
Resolution approving the Monthly Departmental Reports of November 2004.
