The Planning and Zoning Commission will be holding their 2nd and final public hearing on the Amedore Subdivision application on February 9, 2015 at 7:00 pm. With the Zoning Board of Appeals denial of several area variance requests in December, 2014, the proposed subdivision has been reconfigured to a degree and reduced from 140 lots to 135 lots.
