The next scheduled meeting on the proposed Amedore Homes/Glen Oaks Subdivision application will take place on Monday, October 13th, 2014 at the Town of Glenville Planning and Zoning Commission (PZC) meeting. (The Municipal Center is open for business on the date Columbus Day is observed.)
This is a continuation of the preliminary subdivision review by the PZC. The meeting of October 13th is not a public hearing. The next PZC hearing on the Amedore application will take place during final subdivision review. This could occur at the PZC's November 10th meeting, but no sooner.
