TOWN OF GLENVILLE - 2018 TENTATIVE BUDGET
Glenville Town Supervisor Chris Koetzle has submitted his 2018 Tentative Budget to the Town Board. This conservative spending plan once again stays under the state imposed real property tax cap limit, reduces the use of fund balance appropriation, pays down over $1 million in debt, and invests in new equipment for the Police, Parks, and Public Works departments. The budget also provides additional funding toward the restoration of the historic Yates Mansion.
The Supervisor's 2018 Tentative Budget is attached. Also attached are slides from the Supervisor's budget forum, which is an informational presentation given several times annually during the early stages of the budget formulation.
A public hearing on the 2018 budget will be held on November 1st as part of that evening's Town Board meeting. Adoption of the final 2018 budget is scheduled for the Town Board meeting on November 15th.
