Due to the high probability of a significant snow storm occurring for most of tomorrow, the Town of Glenville will be closing all town offices on Tuesday, March 14th to ensure the safety of our staff and residents. This will also help us focus our Highway Department on the cleanup effort for our town roads, as the storm will intensive throughout the day. We expect to reopen all operations on Wednesday morning. All scheduled town events for Tuesday night will also be cancelled, including Town Court and the scheduled DEC meeting on the Kenco project.
The meeting has been rescheduled to April 4th at the Senior Center, starting at 7 PM.
Additionally, the town will be under a snow emergency beginning at midnight, tonight, until further notice. This means on-street parking is prohibited within the town until the snow emergency is lifted. Violators will be ticketed and subject to be towed. We ask that residents restrict all unnecessary travel.
