10. Resolution scheduling a public hearing for Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., to consider a zoning map amendment application by Fred Ogle for his property at 651 Saratoga Road, to change the “Land Conservation” – zoned portion of his property to “General Business”.
11. Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Stipulation of Settlement and Release for the settlement of the Article 78 proceeding and appeal of the Civil Practice Law and Rules against the Town of Glenville by Rosewood Home Builders, LLC.
12. Resolution adopting Local Law #3 of 2015 amending Chapter 255 “Vehicle and Traffic”, of the Code of the Town of Glenville, regarding stop signs on intersection of Alder Lane and Birch Lane.
13. Resolution adopting Local Law #4 of 2015 imposing a temporary moratorium on permits for projects in research development & technology zone districts requiring conditional use permits and site plan review and on permits for pawn shops, thrift stores, second-hand dealers, vapor shops and massage parlors in the general business zones
14. Resolution adopting Local Law #5 of 2015 imposing a temporary moratorium on permits for projects in rural residential and agricultural zone districts requiring conditional use permits and site plan review.
15. Resolution authorizing the imposition of liens on certain parcels of real property for cutting of Grass, Brush and Weeds and administrative fees imposed pursuant to Chapter 99 of the Code of the Town of Glenville.
16. Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into agreement with McDonald Engineering for services relating to the lighting project in Town Center.
17. Resolution ratifying the Town’s selection of the MVP Platinum EPO and the Blue Shield of Northeastern New York Platinum POS and the Town’s decision to offer employees the opportunity to select the CDPHP Platinum EPO at additional cost and authorizing the Supervisor to execute the necessary agreements and plan documents with MVP, Blue Shield of Northeastern New York and CDPHP to offer the above-referenced health insurance plans to Town employees for calendar year 2016.
18. Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement for Highway Shared Services, exchange of snow and ice routes, with the County of Schenectady and the Town of Glenville.
