Tuesday, February 2, 2010 - Town Hall 2nd Floor
Attendees - Sandy Gerraughty, Phil Trapani, Mike Farrell

- Reviewed other community Government Study Committee Reports
- The thought is that Littleton was best in line to our goals and objectives

- Meeting Adjourned at 8:10pm
- Next steps
- Draft letter to Town Department Heads to outline Government Study Committee Goals & Objectives and ask them to participate/join sub-committee - Phil
- Take Littleton plan and restructure for Georgetown – Goals & Objectives, Ground Rules, Process, Data Collection and Data Analysis. - Sandy
- Outline preliminary milestones for GSC – Next meeting
- Outline roles and responsibilities for committee members to deliver for next meeting – Phil/Sandy/Mike – coordinate.
- Create survey questions similar to Littleton as we agreed these questions that were on target to our objectives – Phil
- Research other comparable Town Administrator roles/responsibilities/job description - Sandy
- Next Meeting scheduled for February 9th at 6pm Town Hall 2nd Floor
There was not a quorum so no votes or decisions were made. The next meeting will be voting on approving the process and above next steps.
