The meeting came to order at 7:03 P.M. with the following persons present:
Members: Robin O’Malley – chair, John Bonazoli - Clerk, Reggie Tardif, Jim Lacey, Andy Belliveau
Guests: Phil Trapani – Board of Selectmen
Gary Fowler - Board of Selectmen
Chief Al Beardsley – Fire Department
Jeff Manning - – Fire Department

Lt. Don Cudmore – Police Department
Chief James Mulligan – Police Department

Budget presentations
- Chief Beardsley presented the Fire Department’s working plans and proposed budget
- Police Department presented the proposed budget
Next meeting: February 23.
Jim Lacy made a motion to accept the meeting minutes of January 20, January 28, February 3 as written. The motion was seconded by Reggie Tardif. The motion carried with a vote of 5-0.
