Minutes
The meeting came to order at 5:40 P.M. with the following persons present:
Members: Robin O’Malley – chair, John Bonazoli - Clerk, Reggie Tardif, Jim Lacey, Andy Belliveau, Marybeth Foster
Guests:
Nick Cracknell – Town Planner
Don Cudmore – Police Dept.

Warrant Articles
- Jim Lacey made a motion to recommend approval of STM10-05 to accept the public roadway known as “Blueberry Lane”. The motion was seconded by Reggie Tardif and passed 5-0. (Marybeth was not yet present)
- Jim Lacey made a motion to recommend approval of STM10-10 to accept an easement off Railroad Ave. for rail trail project. The motion was seconded by Reggie Tardif and passed 5-0. (Marybeth was not yet present)
- Robin O’Malley notified the board that her daughter works for the library, however she does not have a conflict of interest.
- Jim Lacey made a motion to recommend approval of STM10-01 adjustments to the fiscal year 2010 operating budget. The motion was seconded by Reggie Tardif. The vote was 4 in favor and 2 against, with Robin and John voting against.
Meeting Minutes
- Jim Lacey made a motion to accept the meeting minutes of July 23, August 24, September 16, October 21, and October 28. The motion was seconded by Reggie Tardif and passed by a vote of 6-0.
Next meeting
The next meeting will be December 9th, 7:00 pm. Board of Selectmen’s office.
A motion was made by Jim Lacey and seconded by Reggie Tardif to adjourn.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:47 P.M.
