        Construction of an 18’ x 24’ addition and a 10’ x 11’ enclosed porch on the southerly side of the existing dwelling. The                   majority of this work falls within the 100 foot buffer zone to a BVW, riverfront protection area, flood plain, and water                       resource district. Also, the entire project is within the 200’ River front area.

Complete site remediation under Chapter 21E followed by construction of a 16-unit senior housing development with associated grading, roadway, septic system, utilities and storm water management structures with portions of the project being within 100’ of Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.

7:40     Penn Brook Ave. (Culvert Replacement) – Map 1, Lot N/A Roadway (GCC 2008-16; DEP) NOI (Cont) Replacement of a                             disintegrating culvert and repair roadway within the 100’ of the BVW for public safety and abutter access for maintenance                          purposes.  

8:00    30 Jewett Street – Map 17, Lot 130 (GCC 2009-04; DEP) NOI (New)
        Replacement of a septic system within 100’ of BVW for a single family home.
        
8:15    MA Highway Dept. (I-95) – (Roadside) (GCC 2009-06) RDA (New)
           Herbicide spraying of pepperweed (Lepidium alternifolia) along I-95 South, near exit 54 behind guardrail along I-95,             just                   south of Route 133 overpass and within 100’ of a BVW.
