The meeting was called to order at:   __12:10 p.m.___________________
Minutes from the November 22, 2016_________ Meeting were reviewed and approved with no adjustments.

Meeting Motions / Actions and Summary of Discussions:
An update of the Georgetown Senior Community Center noted that additional work needs to be completed at the project.  The exterior walls of the office areas have been insulated.  Work on the sliding window in the reception area is nearly complete.  Privacy screens and bathrooms stalls in the men’s room still need to be installed General Contractor Ambient Technology will install the handicap door opener as part of the new entrance as well as the reception counter.  They will also install acoustical ceilings once the sprinkler work is complete.  The carpet tile will be installed as the other work is complete. The Board of Health will inspect the kitchen once the kitchen has been cleaned. Construction debris needs to be removed from the work site. Weekly construction meetings continue. Colleen presented the FY 18 level service budget proposal of $131,070 as well as a level-funded budget proposal of $130,341.  In a motion by Sue Clay with a second by Esther Palardy, board members recommended both budget proposals.  Colleen will submit the budget proposals to Town Administrator Michael Farrell.  Board members approved the Treasurer’s Report with a motion by Nancy Thompson and a second by Sue Diane Prescott. The contract for the state’s Formula Grant has arrived and was signed by Town Administrator Michael Farrell. In a motion by Nancy Thompson with a second by Diane Prescott, board members approved the Director’s Report.
