Minutes from the March 24, 2015_________ Meeting were reviewed and approved with _two_____ adjustments.

Meeting Motions / Actions and Summary of Discussions:
Board members discussed the FY16 Budget which will be presented to voters at Town Meeting on May 4. Proposed increases in hours for Administrative Assistant, Outreach Worker and Van Driver were reduced to reflect a later move to the new facility in January.  A Special Article is planned to fund the engineering and design costs necessary to remodel classrooms at the Perley School for use as the Senior Center facility. The costs of rent in the COA Expense line has been reduced in anticipation of the move.  If needed, the Formula Grant can be used to cover additional rent costs until the move takes place.
Nominating Committee members Esther Palardy and Diane Prescott reported the following slate officers: Chair, Jeannine DesJardins; Vice Chair Claire Maimone; Secretary Jean Perley and Treasurer Sue Gardiner.  Officers will be elected at the June meeting and assume or resume their positions in July.
Board members approved the Treasurer’s Report with a motion by Corona Magner and a second by Nancy Thompson.
Board members approved the Director’s Report with a motion by Ann Stewart and a second by Corona Magner.
Both motions passed unanimously.
