MINUTES GEORGETOWN COA
Tuesday, October 25, 2011
The Board of the Georgetown COA was scheduled to meet on Tuesday, October 25, 2011, noon at Town Hall.
Present were: Corona Magner, Cynthia Tardif, and Diane Prescott and COA Director Colleen Ranshaw-Fiorello.
Without a quorum of board members available for the meeting, the meeting could not be called to order and business could not be discussed.
The Secretary’s Report for September 27, 2011 will be read and considered at the Nov. 22, 2011 meeting.
The Treasurer’s Report for September and October will be presented at the Nov. 22, 2011 meeting
The Director’s Report: Board members present briefly reviewed upcoming events for November and December with Colleen. Along with upcoming events and programs, the November Director’s Report will include statistics for September and October.

- My Life, My Health, 6-week series Tues. Oct. 4-Nov. 8, 9-11:30 a.m.
- Flu Clinic scheduled Nov. 9, 9-11 a.m.
- Kiwanis, Sat. Nov. 19, 2-4 p.m.
- Home Care program with Home Instead, ESMV and Sarah’s Place, Tues. Nov. 29, 10 a.m.
- Russ McQueen to perform for birthday lunch party, Wed. Nov. 30, 10 a.m.
- Annual COA/Housing Authority Holiday Party, Mon. Dec. 12, 1 p.m. Trestle Way
- GHS Holiday Breakfast and Concert, 8:15 a.m.
Next meeting: Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2011, noon at the First Congregational Church.
