Discussion regarding regional partnership with Amesbury for Fall application to CDBG
Lead abatement grant opportunity

Discussion on pricing of units is it a max price or the price (can the unit sell for less than max).
PN to contact CHAPA (www.CHAPA.org) and determine pricing requirements as well as the need or not for a lottery on resale units.
Grant Agreement with CPC
Completed and reviewed by Town Council the grant agreement das discussed.
TG made a motion sign the agreement; PT 2nd Vote 5-0
TG to get the document to town administrator and on the Selectman’s agenda for 18-Oct-10
RFP for the Housing Production Plan (HPP)
Chas will get the two bids to the Trustees for review and a vote will be taken at out next meeting. Any input should be e-mailed to Chas so it can be organized and discussed at our next meeting.
Recording with Registry of Deeds / Land Registration Office
It was determined that the Declaration of Trust will not be amended and that new Trustees will have the option of taking their paperwork to the Registry of Deeds themselves or the board will hire a courier.
PN to hand carry his appointment to the Registry of Deeds and filed with the Land Registration Office.
TG made a motion to adjourn 6:49pm (DS 2nd) Vote 4-0 in favor (PT out of the room).
