Gallatin County Commission Meeting Minutes Summary February 4, 2016

The Commissioners held a special meeting on February 4, 2016 @ 8:15AM for the purpose of approving weekly claims. In attendance were Commissioners Skinner, White and Seifert; Accounting Clerk Dawn Portzen and Commission Assistant Glenda Noyes. Commissioner Skinner read the Claims Memo into the record. The Commission received warrants for consideration from the Auditor totaling $767,919.31. The February 2, 2016 claims’ voucher list includes warrants 8140961 through 8141132. Commissioner White made a motion to approve the claims as presented.
Commissioner Seifert seconded the motion. All voted aye. Motion carried unanimously. Claims Approval
