9:05:43 AM Deputy County Attorney Erin Arnold Clarified a discrepancy between the agenda item and the title of the Resolution. What the Commission is doing is approving the revised by-laws and consolidating the prior resolutions forming and authorizing the DUI Task Force. Any change in those resolutions is due to the revised by-laws.

9:11:46 AM Grants & Projects Administrator Larry Watson Opened the following bids: Northwest Site Works, LLC, Bozeman, MT - $113,436.00; Hall Construction Services, Belgrade, MT - $90,579.00; Asphalt Plus, Billings, MT - $92,880.00; and JAG Grading and Paving, Missoula, MT - $84,667.80. The engineer's estimate is $83,407.50. All acknowledged the CTEP forms and Hall Construction, Asphalt Plus and JAG Grading and Paving acknowledged a bid bond of 10%. Will review the bids and return next week with a recommendation.
