9:01:38 AM Chairman White Call to Order, Moment of Silence, Pledge of Allegiance. Present were Commissioners White, Seifert, and Skinner, and Acting Clerk to the Board Mary Miller.
9:02:20 AM Chairman White Announcement: Reminder to the public that the meeting is being recorded, televised live by Charter Communications and streamed over the internet.
9:02:45 AM Chairman White There was public comment on matters within the Commissions jurisdiction. Anthony Smith spoke regarding judicial abuse from elected officials and their accountability. Discussion took place with regards to a letter he received from the County Commission in response to his request for a review board. He read a letter from inmate David Udeen into the record.

9:26:55 AM Chairman White Public Hearing and Decision on a Resolution to Amend the Gallatin County Victim Witness Assistance Program FY 2015 Budget by Appropriating an Additional $3,711 ($3,524.05) of Revenues to be Received from the Montana Board of Crime Control (CFDA 16.588) Although it was advertised correctly, it was noted that the dollar amounts on the agenda were different from the dollar amounts on the resolution.
