Jason Karp suggested an additional condition for the avigation easement as recommended by the Airport Authority. Erin Arnold stated it was the Commission's option to require it as an additional condition and suggested asking the applicant if they agreed to it. Jason Karp also suggested adding a finding to the staff report that as impact on local services that this is a mitigation.
