9:03:48 AM Facilities Manager and Procurement Specialist Nick Borzak Opened the following bids: Roset and Associates-Bozeman, $326,315; ThinkOne Construction Management-Bozeman, $328,557; R&R Taylor Construction, Inc.-Bozeman, $345,000; and Lutey Construction-Bozeman, $298,769. All submitted bid bonds. Bids will be taken under consideration and will return at a future date with a recommendation.

9:08:08 AM Facilities Manager and Procurement Specialist Nick Borzak Recommended awarding the following contracts for janitorial services: Courthouse and Courthouse Annex to Montana Building Maintenance in the amount of $6,054 per month; Law & Justice Center, District Court 3, Detention Center and Judge Guenther Memorial Building to Dust Bunnies in the amount of $10,014 per month; and 911 Center to Day Spring Restoration in the amount of $399 per month.
