10:35:42 AM County Planner Christopher Scott Suggests striking the existing language in condition #31 and replace with the following: All trail improvements shall be installed for each phase as shown on the submitted preliminary plat prior to final plat of each distinctive phase with the exception of the proposed trail along the northern boundary adjacent to the Franklin Hills Subdivision. The proposed trail along the northern boundary adjacent to the Franklin Hills Subdivision shall be relocated to the front of Lots 1-6 along Harry's Way. A minimum of a 25-foot wide public trail easement or right-of-way shall be provided for all trails on the final plat. All trails along roadways shall be constructed with an all weather surface built to Class I Trail Design Standard, shown in Appendix L of the Gallatin County Trails Report & Plan. All trails within parks/open space shall be constructed to the Class II Trail Design Standard, shown in Appendix L of the Gallatin County Trails Report & Plan.
