9:40:15 AM Chairman Murdock Call to Order. Present were Commissioners Murdock and White, and Acting Clerk to the Board Mary Miller
9:40:16 AM Grants Administrator Larry Watson Announcement: This was a noticed public opening of Statements of Qualifications received in response to a solicitation for Construction Manager-At-Risk Services for the Detention Center Project. Proposals were opened as follows: Martel Construction-Bozeman; Dick Anderson Construction-Bozeman; Langlas & Associates-Bozeman in joint venture with PCL Construction Leaders-Seattle; and GE Johnson Construction Co-Colorado Springs, CO. The review committee is comprised of Commissioner White, CAO Earl Mathers and Grants Administrator Larry Watson. The committee will review the Statements of Qualifications and come back next Thursday at 9:00am (June 19, 2008) with a recommendation as to which ones are qualified to submit a proposal.
