8:58:21 AM Chairman Skinner Call to Order, Moment of Silence, Pledge of Allegiance. Present were Commissioners Skinner, Murdock, and White, Deputy County Attorney Kate Dinwiddie and Acting Clerk to the Board Mary Miller.
8:59:06 AM Public comment There was public comment on matters within the Commissions jurisdiction. Scott Benowitz a member of the Four Corners Planning Group wanted to publicly thank the Planning Department, Warren Vaughan, and Joe Skinner for their participation.
